Reservations

Email jane.brown@rogers.com to confirm availability and put a temporary hold
on the week(s) you want.  We will hold your requested week(s) for up to 5 business days pending receipt of your signed Rental Agreement and deposit.  Print the Rental Agreement, (Free Adobe Reader required) read it all carefully, initial each page and sign it.

To finalize your reservation you must return the signed copy of the contract, a copy of the driver’s license of the signer and pay the deposit either by cheque payable to Jane Brown or by email money transfer to jane.brown@rogers.com.  The documents may be returned by scanning and emailing to jane.brown@rogers.com, or you may return everything by mail to:

Once everything is received a confirmation of your week(s) will be sent to you.

Payment and Deposits

A deposit of half of the total cost of the rental is required to confirm your reservation. Please make cheques payable to “Jane Brown”.

After the initial 5 days, your reservation will not be held until the deposit is received.  The remainder of the rental fee is due ten days prior to the commencement of your rental period.

Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted up to 45 days before the commencement of the rental period, with a full refund.  After 45 days, if we are able to re-rent your time, you will receive a full refund.  If we are unable to re-rent your time, your rental deposit is forfeited.  If the balance of the rental fee is not received at least 10 days prior to the commencement of your rental period, we will cancel your reservation and your deposit is forfeited.
